A JEM cutter with which you can create a rose with simple use.

Instructions:
1. Insert a 18 gauge wire bent into the cone 3/4 of the way into one petal.
2. Roll out gum paste or fondant and cut out 2 or 3 layers of petals, place on a foam pad and thin edges.
3. Thread wire through the center of the petals, dampen (with water or glue) wrap the first petal tightly around the cone. Attach remaining petals in the following order: numbers 2,3 then numbers 4,5.
4. Second layer, dampen petals in the following order to adhere: A, B, then C, D and E together.
5. Third layer, arrange around the rose. Attach calyx let dry.
