This mat is designed for modeling from sugar masses such as fondant, gum paste, marzipan. The mat has 5 holes to create a reinforced center. Use a cutter to cut out the shape and transfer it to the mat. Use modeling tools to thin, wave, or otherwise modify the desired shape and let harden for further assembling of flowers or transfer directly to a cake or other confectionery products.
