Sugarflair Glucose Syrup can be incorporated into sugarpaste, royal icing and chocolate modelling pastes to add stretch. It is a thick, viscose liquid extensively used in cakes, desserts, confectionery and jams.
Ingredients: glucose syrup (100%).
May contain traces of: nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
