Transfer sheet for chocolate.
Transfer foil is used to decorate the surface of chocolate. The pattern is black.
Procedure: Cut out shapes or strips from the foil as needed, pour melted chocolate (in a microwave on low power or over steam) onto the foil and spread it over the entire length. If decorating the sides of cakes, transfer the foil directly onto the cake and let it set. Carefully peel off the foil. Wait until the chocolate is completely set, otherwise the decorative pattern may smudge. If creating bows or other shapes that require sculpting, shape the strips as needed and let them set.
Intended for decorative purposes.
