Wafer Paper is an edible paper based on starch. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but should only be used on a dry surface such as almond paste or fondant), edible labels, decorations or menus. Do not use on colored fondant as Wafer Paper is slightly transparent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the last third of baking alongside bread, rolls, or pastries.
