When used for baking, the recommended temperature is UP TO 200°C. The flavor can also be used in chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, plant extract (spearmint), oil (peppermint) 2%, acidity regulators: E440a, E407, regulator: E330, color: E133. May contain traces of: eggs, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
