Flavor paste

These FunCakes flavor pastes have an excellent taste and are ideal for flavoring creams, ice creams. FunCakes flavor pastes are also suitable for baking and flavoring, for example, sponge cake batters. If you bake at a higher temperature than 200 °C, use a larger amount of paste, as high temperature reduces the intensity of the flavor. Flavor paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, coloring: E150d, acidity regulator: E330, flavor, thickener: E440a. May contain traces of: eggs, milk, nuts, and sulfites.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
