Cake mold - bishop's bread
This mold is made of high-quality tin-plated sheet metal.
The surface of the mold must be protected from mechanical damage, therefore do not use metal kitchen utensils when baking (only wooden or plastic ones). When using the mold when cold, use food foil. For washing, we recommend a gentle sponge, never use wire scourers or sand on dishes and always dry thoroughly. The mold is conical in shape.
The product is approved by the state health institute.
Size: base: 28 x 9.5cm, top: 30 x 11.5cm
Recipe: For the bishop's bread recipe, we need these ingredients:
• 80g all-purpose flour
• 4 eggs
• 80g granulated sugar
• 150g mixture of dried fruits and nuts
• butter and all-purpose flour for greasing and dusting the mold
• nut or chocolate glaze
The bishop's bread recipe is prepared as follows:
Whisk egg whites until stiff, then fold in about half of the sugar. Gradually add egg yolks, each time with about one third of the flour and one third of the remaining sugar. Once the batter is ready, add the finely chopped fruit and nuts mixture and gently fold. Pour the batter into a narrow, taller mold, which has been greased with butter and dusted with all-purpose flour. Let the baked bread cool and then cover it with chocolate or nut glaze.
