FunCakes Ready to Use Ganache - White Chocolate - 260g

FunCakes Ready to Use Ganache has a rich taste of white chocolate.

It can be used to cover a cake, fill a cake, and for decoration. Also great as a chocolate filling, flavor for ice cream, or cream.

Easy to use. Ganache sets in the refrigerator.

The quantity is sufficient to cover a cake and fill (2 layers) 20 cm, or to cover a cake and fill (1 layer) 25 cm and enough for 20 - 25 CupCakes.

For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to make the ganache light, airy, and suitable for decorating tips.
For covering: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340 W or heat in a water bath to achieve the right consistency.
For creamy or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150 g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes at high speed.

Ingredients: vegetable fat (palm, shea), sugar, skimmed milk powder, dried cream, emulsifier: E322 (soy), flavor. Allergens are highlighted in bold. Halal Certified.
