A set of toothpicks for cutting out shapes from sugar paste

With the help of a pin, you can make beautiful decorations simply but effectively.

To use the small flower cut-out correctly:

1) Roll out your sugar mass (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling mass) into a thin layer. As a base, we recommend a silicone mat (sold separately).

2) Press the punch into the mass without pushing the ejector (plunger).

3) Press the ejector (plunger) down to make an impression.

4) Lift the needle. Now you can press the ejector which ejects the shape.
