Concentrated gel food color.
Net weight 28g. This color is suitable for coloring various confectionery products - creams, glazes, gels, batters, modeling pastes. Add a small amount at first and increase to achieve the desired shade.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Maximum usable dosage: 0.76g / 100g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, and molluscs.
