House of Cake - Transparent Edible Jelly Diamonds 10mm

These edible diamonds will add shine and beauty to your cakes and other confectionery products.

These jelly diamonds measure approximately 5mm in diameter. Suitable for use on all confectionery coverings and royal icing or cream. For handling the diamonds, we recommend using tweezers.

Tips and advice:
Edible diamonds can be placed in the refrigerator to ensure they are thoroughly cooled and the coating is not damaged when removed.
Do not use standard Edible glue.
If placing the diamonds on royal icing, make sure it is completely dry.
If there is water left in the icing, it could create a puddle around the diamond.
To accentuate the diamond, you can use silver or gold luster (non-toxic sparkles). Remove the diamond from the case, paint it with the color, and put the diamond back in.
If the diamond becomes dull due to powdered sugar, brush it with a damp brush and it will shine again.
There are no special requirements for the cream.

Ingredients: water, humectant (E422), glucose syrup, gelatin (pork), acidity regulator (E330), preservatives (E202). May also contain traces of milk, nuts, soy, and sulphites.
