These edible diamonds add shine and beauty to your cakes and other confectionery products. These diamonds measure approximately 10mm in diameter. Suitable for use on all confectionery coverings and royal icing or on cream.

For handling the diamonds, we recommend using tweezers.

Tips and tricks:
     Do not use regular Edible glue.
     If the diamonds are being placed on royal icing, make sure it is completely dry.
     If water remains in the icing, it could create a puddle around the diamond.
     To accentuate the diamond, silver or gold luster can be used (non-toxic shimmer). Remove the diamond from the casing, apply the color, and insert the diamond back.
    If the diamond becomes dull, for example due to powdered sugar, apply a little vegetable oil to it to make it shine again.
     There are no special requirements for the cream.
