How much do you need to cover a cake? For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 500g of fondant. Fondant is also very suitable for decorations. 

Usage for decorations: Add one full teaspoon of Tylose (product no. 1098) and a little water to 250g of fondant. Before use, knead well and roll out on powdered sugar to a thin sheet and continue shaping flowers or figurines.
