
Mixture for preparing buttercream
Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature.
For 1 portion of cream: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mix and whisk. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Whisk 150g of unsalted butter for about 5 minutes. Add a portion of the mix to the butter and whisk until fully combined, gradually add the rest. Whisk everything for about 10 minutes.
One batch of cream is sufficient to fill and cover a cake with dimensions of 20 cm or approximately 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients: sugar, modified corn starch, whey powder (milk), dextrose (wheat), dried glucose syrup, gelling agents: E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier: E435, salt, thickener: E415. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. This product is Halal certified.
