The hydrangea cutter set consists of 3 different sizes of plungers. The plungers are suitable for making bows out of gum paste, fondant, flower paste, modeling paste, marzipan. Ideal for decorating cakes, pies, and muffins.
With the help of the plunger, you can easily and efficiently create beautiful decorations.
To correctly use the hydrangea cutters follow these steps:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling paste) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat as a base (sold separately). You can dust it with icing sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the plunger into the paste, without pressing the ejector (plunger).
3) Press the ejector (plunger) down to create the shape.
4) Lift the plunger. Now you can press the ejector to push out the hydrangea petal.
Before the first use, wash in soapy water.
