The daisy flower plunger set consists of 4 different sizes, plunger, and ejector.

Plungers are suitable for making beautiful flowers from gum paste, fondant, modeling clay, marzipan. Ideal for decorating cakes, pies, and muffins.

With the plunger, you can easily and efficiently make beautiful decorations.
To use the small flower cut-out correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling clay) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). You can dust with powdered sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the plunger into the paste, without pressing the ejector.
3) Press the ejector (plunger) down to create a relief snowflake.
4) Lift the plunger. Now you can press the ejector to push out the flower
