Patchwork cutters are low Mezonet cutters. They can be used for decorations that are cut out from thin sugarpaste (FunCakes, Wilton, fondant, marzipan, gum paste...), or as a stamp on an already covered cake.

How to use:
Thoroughly knead the covering paste and roll out a thin slab. Press the patchwork cutter firmly into the covering paste. Remove excess fondant using mini knives or other small tools. Allow the fondant to harden for 10 minutes and then carefully remove it.
