With the help of the cutter, you can easily and effectively make beautiful decorations.
To use the Snowflake Cutters correctly:
1) Roll out your sugarpaste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling paste) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately) and you can dust it with icing sugar or cornflour.
2) Press the cutter into the paste without pressing the plunger.
3) Press the plunger (piston) down to create the embossed snowflake.
4) Lift the cutter. Now, you can press the plunger to release the snowflake.
