Set of snowflake plunger cutters consists of 3 different sizes, plunger, and a piston. Plungers are suitable for making beautiful snowflakes from gum paste, fondant, modelling clay, marzipan. Snowflakes look particularly great during Christmas. Ideal for decorating cakes, pastries and muffins.

With the help of a plunger you can easily, but effectively create beautiful decorations.
To use the snowflake plunger correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modelling clay) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). You can dust with icing sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the plunger into the paste, without pushing the ejector.
3) Press the ejector (piston) down to create a relief snowflake.
4) Lift the plunger. Now you can press the ejector to push out the snowflake.
