To use the punch cutters correctly:
1) Roll out your sugarpaste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling clays). We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). You can dust with icing sugar or cornflour.
2) Press the cutter into the paste, without pushing the ejector (piston).
3) Press the ejector (piston) down to create the veining of the leaf.
4) Raise the cutter. Now you can press the ejector to push out the finished petal
