Avoletta - Almond Flour 1kg

Preparation for almond pastry products (petits, "Delizia" cake, macarons, etc).

Instructions for use: Avoletta 1kg, egg white 150 - 180g. Mix energetically for a few minutes and then place on baking paper. Let it rest for 4-5 hours and then bake for about 5 minutes at 230°C.

Ingredients: almonds (50%), sugar, flavor.

Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture, close tightly after each use.
