Jelly Spray - Edible Paper Gel 200ml

Special food gel for edible paper.

Developed to enhance colors and achieve a realistic look of images/photos on edible paper. Also serves to protect the image from smudging and to affix the image to the cake. Can be colored.

Instructions: Spray a continuous layer of the product onto the image from a distance of 20-25 cm.

Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, antioxidant E300, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
