This pad is designed for modeling from sugarpaste such as fondant, gum paste, marzipan.
The pad has 5 holes to create a reinforced center.
Cut out the shape with a cutter and transfer it to the pad. Thin, wave or otherwise adjust the desired shape with modeling sticks and let it harden for further flower completion or transfer directly to a cake or other confectionery products.
As needed, dust with cornstarch or powdered sugar.
