Pour the chocolate onto a plate, spread it evenly so that the edges are clean, and put it in the refrigerator to set. The rapid change in temperature will give it a glossy appearance. Once hardened, remove from the mold and use it to decorate all pastry products.

Before first use, wash with water and soap.

Do not wash in the dishwasher!
