FunCakes Flavoured Ready-to-Roll Fondant - Special - Lemon 1kg

FunCakes ready-to-roll fondant is extremely flexible and easy to use due to its soft structure. The fondant hardens after use, but does not crack.

For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of fondant for covering the cake. For decorations, you can add one full teaspoon of Tylo - CMC powder to 250 g of fondant and possibly a little water. Knead well before use.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant: E422, food acid: E330, thickener: E415, E466, emulsifier: E471, natural flavor (lemon), preservative: E200. This product is certified as Halal, Kosher D, and gluten-free (NL-090-058).
