Sugarflair Universal Gel Food Colour - Strawberry - 22g

Versatile concentrated gel food colour suitable for marzipan, fondant, cream, and chocolate.

Apply the colour with a cocktail stick and work it in until you achieve the desired shade.

Instructions: colour in small quantities by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or similar, then knead well until marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. For a richer colour, add more paste colour.

With sparing use, you can achieve the finest pastel shades, while adding more will give you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with.

Ingredients: oil (sunflower), colour: E124, thickener: E551, humectant: E1520.

E124: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
