PVC film is suitable for use:

on semifreddo, ice cream, cakes, pastries, mousse in molds

for making chocolate decorations

edible colors can also be printed on it

The smooth and non-sticky surface allows decorations to be easily removed without deformation.

Procedure: Cut out shapes or strips from the film as needed, pour melted chocolate (in a microwave at low power or over steam) onto the film and spread it over the entire length. If decorating the sides of cakes, transfer the film directly onto the cake and let it set. Then carefully remove the film. If creating bows or other shapes that require shaping, shape the strips as needed and let them set.
