    Powder blend by Irca for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

    Dosage: LILLY cappuccino 200g + water or milk (20-25°C) 250g + whipping cream 1000g

    Instructions: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold it into whipped unsweetened cream.

    Place into suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for making ice cream.

    Ingredients: sugar, gelatin, chocolate, coffee powder, dried skimmed milk, modified starch, caramel, flavor.
