    A powder mix from Irca company for preparing cold creams. Suitable for: cakes, semifreddo and other pastry products.

    Dosage: Lilly strawberry 250g, water or milk 200g + 1l chilled cream.

    Usage: Mix the powder with water or milk and slowly fold it into whipped unsweetened cream.

                  Pour into suitable molds and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for ice cream.

    Ingredients: sugar, animal gelatin, maltodextrin, dried strawberries, glucose syrup, lactic acid, citric acid, starch, red dye, E401, flavor
