Lilly - stracciatella - cream stabilizer - 250g
A powdered mix from Irca company for cold preparation of creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo with pieces of dark chocolate, and other pastry products.
Dosage: Lilly stracciatella 250g, water or milk 200g + 1l chilled cream.
Usage: Mix the powder with water or milk and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream. Transfer into suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for making ice cream.
Composition: sugar, dark chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), dehydrated corn syrup, gelatin, skimmed milk powder, starch, flavor.
