
FunCakes - Aroma paste - forest fruits
If you bake at a temperature higher than 200°C, use a larger amount of paste, as high temperatures reduce the intensity of the flavor. Aroma paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar, fruit juice and pulp (35%) (blueberry, blackberry, red currant), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440a, flavor, color: E163a.
May contain traces of: eggs, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
