FunCakes Aroma Paste - Forest Fruits - 120g

These FunCakes pastes with flavor have an excellent taste and are ideal for flavoring creams, ice creams. FunCakes aroma paste is also suitable for baking and flavoring, for example in sponge doughs.

If you bake at a temperature higher than 200°C, use a larger amount of paste, as high temperatures reduce the intensity of the flavor. Aroma paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, fruit juice and pulp (35%) (blueberry, blackberry, red currant), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440a, flavor, color: E163a.

May contain traces of: eggs, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
