**JEM cutter is designed for cutting florist tapes or ribbons (it is really very sharp!)**
It has an adjustable width of tape (1/2 or 1/4 width of tape) by unscrewing the slats.
If you adjust the width, make sure that the cutting knives are evenly distributed when folding
Before tightening the screws, lightly tap the cutter on the table to ensure that the bars are at the correct level and the cutter will then be easier to assemble
Usage: Open the top part and insert the tape with the wax-coated side up. Close the trigger. With gentle pressure on the center and using the other hand, pull out the tape
Suitable for tapes with a width of 12 mm
