Wafer Paper is an edible paper made from starch. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photo cakes (but should only be used on a dry surface like marzipan or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menus. Do not use on colored fondant as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the final third of baking with bread, buns, or pastries.
