Recipe: For the bishop's bread recipe, we need these ingredients:
• 80g all-purpose flour
• 4 eggs
• 80g granulated sugar
• 150g mixture of dried fruit and nuts
• butter and all-purpose flour for greasing and dusting the mold
• nut or chocolate glaze
Prepare the bishop's bread recipe as follows:
Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then fold in about half of the sugar. Gradually whisk in the egg yolks, each time with about a third of the flour and a third of the remaining sugar. Add the finely chopped fruit and nuts mixture and mix gently. Pour the batter into a narrow, taller mold greased with butter and dusted with flour. Let the bread cool after baking, then cover it with chocolate or nut glaze. Source: http://kucharka.cbmonitor.cz
