Elastic Topping - Coffee 500g
Elastic fat icing for decoration on bakery and pastry products. Does not break when cut. Also suitable for freezing.
Instructions: Heat to 50°C and use as needed.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats, lactose, dried whey, emulsifiers (E322, E492), cocoa powder, vanilla and cappuccino flavor, turmeric extract, coloring E160b.
Store in a cool and dry place.
