Elastic icing - lemon 500g
Elastic fat icing for decoration on bakery and pastry products. It does not break when cutting. Also suitable for freezing.
Instructions: Heat to 50°C and use as needed.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats, lactose, dried whey, emulsifiers (E322, E492), milk protein, flavor, coloring E160a.
Store in a cool and dry place.
