Thanks to the simple recipe, the complicated preparation of the core dough is eliminated, resulting in significant savings of time, energy, and work.
The production is safe, there is no risk of burns when rolling hot shells.
This mix can be used not only for making core tubes but also cones, baskets, sachets, and other shapes.
Recipe:
1kg Aranka Roll
200g Meisterback
100g water
Mix all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough, let it rest for about 2 hours. Before use, thoroughly knead the dough and roll it out into a very thin sheet, which is then cut into rectangles measuring 8 x 9cm. Roll the rectangles onto metal tubes, place the products with the seam on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and press lightly.
Bake at 190°C for about 12-15 minutes - if you want to achieve cream horn-type tubes, you have to bake the dough to a dark brown color. Baking lightly will result in classic tubes, which will soon soften. The weight of the supplied mix is 1 kg, from which you can make about 60 pieces of tubes, each 10cm long and 15mm in diameter.
Composition: sugar, wheat flour, roasted peanut crumbs, soy flakes, rice flour, wheat starch, dried whey, dried egg white, soy flour, chickpea flour, vegetable oil (coconut), stabilizer (E415), emulsifier (E471, E472a, E472b, E477), dried milk, coloring E150c, E160a), glucose syrup, carob flour, salt.
Storage at a temperature up to max. 25°C. Always closed.
