When working with labels, it is important to ensure that the surface of the product to which the label is to be applied is not too wet. In these cases, the label may deform. Similarly, when using the reverse method of moistening labels from below and then applying them to the surface, do not soak the label in water (but you can use vegetable oil), just slightly moisten it from below e.g. with a sponge.
