Edible paper decorations. Used for confectionery products, can also be used for baking, e.g. bread. Before placing in the oven, moisten the bread dough and place the selected motif of edible paper on top. Individual patterns can be easily peeled from the card.

When working with labels, it is important to ensure that the surface of the product where the label is to be applied is not too wet. In these cases, the label may deform. Similarly, when using the opposite method of moistening the labels from below and then applying them to the surface, do not soak the label in water (though you can in vegetable oil), just slightly moisten from below, e.g. with a sponge.
