These edible diamonds will add shine and beauty to your cakes and other pastry products. These jelly diamonds measure approximately 10mm in diameter. Suitable for use on all pastry covering materials and royal icing or on cream. We recommend using tweezers to handle the diamonds.

Tips and Tricks:
Edible diamonds can be placed in the refrigerator, to ensure they are thoroughly cooled and the coating does not get damaged when removed.
     Do not use standard Edible adhesive.
     If diamonds are being placed on royal icing, make sure it is completely dry.
     If water remains in the icing, it could create a puddle around the diamond.
    To accentuate the diamond, you can use silver or gold luster (non-toxic sparkles). Remove the diamond from the case, paint it, and insert the diamond back.
    If the diamond dulls, for example due to powdered sugar, brush the diamond with a damp brush and it will shine again.
     There are no special requirements with cream.
