Velvet Effect Spray AF - Sky Blue - 100ml

Food spray color based on cocoa butter, suitable for decorating semifreddo, mini cakes, ice cream, and mousse. The spray creates a velvet effect on the surface of confectionery products.

USAGE: Before application, leave the spray in a room at a temperature of 20-25°C for at least 2 hours. After shaking, spray from a distance of 25-30cm on a frozen or well-chilled surface of the confectionery product. After use, it is advisable to immediately rinse the spray nozzle with warm water.

Composition: cocoa butter, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried milk, whey from dried milk, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, flavor), coloring E171, E133.
