Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, CHOCOLATE, cream, pasta, etc., and watch it transform into the desired color. Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into the color compartment.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work until the desired color is achieved. Colored fondant or marzipan is ready to use for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake only up to 200°C.

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, colorant: E102, emulsifier: E551. E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Halal certified.
