Only a small amount of FunCakes is enough for rich coloring, which means the tubes will last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, CHOCOLATE, icing, pasta, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color. Each gel is packed in a tube marked with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into the color compartment.

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, color: E153, E110, E102, E133, emulsifier: E551.

E110, E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Halal certified.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 6g/kg.

How to use: add the gel to fondant or marzipan and work in. Work until the desired color is achieved. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake at 200°C maximum.
