Only a small amount of FunCakes is enough for rich coloring, meaning the tubes will last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, CHOCOLATE, icing, pasta, etc., and watch it transform into the desired color. Each gel is packaged in a tube marked with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into your color palette.

Food coloring is heat-stable up to 200°C, so bake a colorful cake!

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, anti-caking agent: E551, colorants: E102, E110, E153, E133.

E102, E110: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 11 g/kg.

How to use: Add the gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work it until you achieve the desired color. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake at up to 200°C.
