FunCakes - Gel Color - Vintage Purple 30g

FunCakes Gel Color is a highly concentrated and new standard in food coloring!

Only a small amount of FunCakes is enough for rich coloring, which means the tubes will last long. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, CHOCOLATE, frosting, pasta, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packed in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a plug under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel out of the tube. No more color spilling into the color compartment.

Food color is stable when baking up to 200°C, so bake a colorful cake once!

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, color: E122, thickener: E551, color: E133.

E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 11 g/kg.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and work through. Work through until reaching the desired color. Colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling.
