Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, CHOCOLATE, cream, pasta, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color. Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more spills in your color compartment.

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, color: E122, E129, emulsifier: E551. E122, E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Halal certified.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 6.5 g/kg.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and knead. Knead until the desired color. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake only up to 200°C.
