Only a small amount of FunCakes is enough for rich coloring, which means the tubes will last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, chocolate, frosting, pasta, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with a specific color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more worries about the color leaking into your color storage compartment.

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, color: E122, emulsifier: E551. E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Halal certified.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 6.5 g/kg.

How to use: add the gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work it in until you reach the desired color. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake only up to 200°C.
