Set of diamond-shaped / square cutters consists of 4 different sizes of plunger cutters. Cutters are suitable for making diamonds / squares from gum paste, fondant, sugar paste, modeling clay, marzipan. Ideal for decorating cakes, pies, and muffins.
With the help of the plunger, you can easily and effectively create beautiful decorations.
To use the square cutouts correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling clay) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat as a base (sold separately). You can dust with icing sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the cutter into the dough without pressing the plunger.
3) Press the plunger down to create the shape.
4) Lift the cutter. Now you can press on the plunger to release the square.
