Set of dove plungers consists of 3 different sizes, plunger with a piston. Plungers are suitable for making beautiful doves from gum paste, fondant, modeling clay, marzipan. Ideal for decorating cakes, pies, and muffins.

With the plunger, you can easily but effectively create beautiful decorations.
To use the Dove Plunger correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling material) thinly. We recommend a silicone mat as a base (sold separately). You can sprinkle with icing sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the plunger into the material without pressing the ejector (piston).
3) Press the ejector (piston) down to create a relief shape
4) Lift the plunger. Now you can press the ejector to push out the dove
